✅ Complete Orders Even When HRIS Data Is Missing
You can now complete orders even if an employee address is missing from your HRIS. If employees address is missing the system also allows you to manually add or edit employee data directly on the order page, so you don’t need to wait for HRIS updates or place the order to a different address. Once HRIS data becomes available, it will automatically sync and update.
Benefit: Fewer blocked orders, faster processing, and more flexibility when HRIS data is incomplete.
🔄 Improved HiBob Employee Data Sync
We expanded the range of employee fields that can sync automatically from HiBob, supporting more configurations and setups. No need for extra permissions!
Benefit: More accurate and consistent employee contact and work details without manual updates.
💳 Clearer Credits Log
We improved Dots Credits Log to make credit activity easier to understand.

🧹 Asset-Level Visibility for Wipe & Clean
When wipe & clean services are included, the order page now clearly shows which specific assets (by serial number) are selected.
Benefit: Full clarity on exactly which assets are being wiped and cleaned, reducing confusion and follow-up questions.
📦 Live ETA Updates for End Users
We’ve enhanced shipment tracking by introducing live ETA email updates for end users (the employee or contact person receiving the package). For shipments using supported carriers, ETA updates are now automatically sent via email as delivery timelines change, while client admins can track the same real-time ETA updates directly in the Dots dashboard.
Please note: ETA email notifications are currently sent to end users only. Additional notification options for client admins will be introduced in a future update.
👤 Employee Pickup Confirmation – Offboarding Orders
For offboarding pickups, we’ve standardized and automated employee communication to ensure pickup details are confirmed before collection. Once an order moves to Processing, a confirmation form is automatically sent to the employee, allowing them to verify the pickup address, assets and serial numbers, packaging needs, and availability.
The offboarding pickup confirmation form includes 5 sections which the employee needs to fill out:

Full transparency: client admins are notified of employee responses and can track confirmation status directly in the platform.
If the employee doesn’t complete the form, automated reminders are sent after 3 and 6 days, and the client is kept in the loop via email. The confirmation status is always visible and trackable in the UI, so you know exactly where each order stands.
Any updates or discrepancies reported by the employee—such as asset mismatches —are clearly marked on the order and will be notified via Slack and Email.
