Overview

When returning or storing equipment, it is important to pack everything securely and neatly to avoid damage and make sure the items arrive in good condition.
You can use your own packing materials or the materials we send you. What matters most is that the equipment is well protected and properly labeled.

Packing Guidelines

1. Choose the Right Box

  • Always use a plain brown box for shipping or storage.

  • Do not use the original branded box as the outer packaging. You can place the original box inside the brown box if needed.

This helps prevent theft and keeps the shipment discreet.

  • Make sure the box is strong and sturdy, and that it fits the equipment well.

  • The box should not be too large (to avoid movement) or too small (to avoid pressure on the equipment).

⚠️ Important: Do not use damaged or soft boxes, plastic bags, or materials that cannot protect the equipment from impact or humidity.

2. Protect the Equipment

  • Line the bottom of the box with a soft protective material such as bubble wrap or paper filler.

  • Wrap each item individually to prevent scratches or damage.

  • Fill any empty spaces inside the box so that the items do not move when the box is shaken.

3. Close and Label the Box

  • Close the box with strong tape, sealing all edges tightly.

  • Attach a clear label with your return number or shipment details.

  • Make sure the label is visible and easy to read.

πŸ’‘ Quick Tips from Our Supply Chain Team

Before shipping or storing, gently shake the closed box. If you hear movement, add more filler inside.
