We've sent you a packaging kit to help protect your equipment during transit. Please use the box, protective materials, and shipping labels included in your package to prepare your return.
Proper packaging helps prevent damage and ensures your return can be processed without delays.
What's Included
Your packaging kit contains:
Shipping box
Protective packing materials
Return Shipping Label
Battery Label (if applicable)
Note: Please use the packaging materials we provided whenever possible, as they have been selected to help protect your equipment during transport.
Step 1 - Pack the Equipment
Place the protective material at the bottom of the box.
Wrap the device securely using the protective materials provided.
If you're returning accessories, pack them separately to prevent scratches or damage.
Fill any empty spaces so the contents cannot move during transport.
š” Tip: Before sealing the box, gently shake it. If you hear or feel movement inside, add more protective material.
Step 2 - Seal the Box
Close the box securely using strong packing tape.
Make sure all openings are completely sealed to prevent the package from opening during transit.
Step 3 - Apply the Shipping Labels
Inside your packaging kit you'll find:
Return Shipping Label
Battery Label (if applicable)
Please make sure to:
Remove or completely cover any previous shipping labels on the outside of the box.
Attach the Return Shipping Label to a flat, visible side of the box.
If included, attach the Battery Label to the outside of the package.
Ensure the labels do not overlap and that all barcodes remain fully visible.
