It's quick and easy to provide your state competition levels in DragonFly. Classifications can be done schoolwide or by individual team.

Take the following steps to provide your schoolwide classification to your state association.

  1. Log in to DragonFly on your computer's web browser and select 'Schools & People' from the left-side menu.

  2. Select 'Set Up School' from the blue menu bar.

  3. Scroll down the page and you will see 'Classification & Alignment' for your state association. Use the drop-down menus to choose your classification, region, area, section and super section.

Take the following steps to update your team classifications. This applies if your teams are competing at different levels.

  1. Log in to DragonFly on your computer's web browser and select 'Schools & People' from the left-side menu.

  2. Select 'Set Up Teams' from the blue menu bar.

  3. Find your team in the list, then select the three dots (•••), then ‘Edit’ from the drop-down menu.

  4. A control panel will appear on your screen where you will see a 'Classification and Alignment' heading. Use the drop-down menus to choose your classification, region, area, section and super section if they are different from your school. If this section is disabled, that means your state association does not allow these changes to be made in DragonFly.

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each team at your school.
