An Officiating Link connects a school team to their officials association. It allows associations to view schedules and assign officials.

What is an Officiating Link?

How do I create an Officiating Link for my school or officials association?

1. Log in to DragonFly and select 'Game Schedules' from the left-side menu.

2. Select the gear icon in the top-right corner.

3. Select "Officiating Links"

4. Select the ''+ Add Officiating Link' button.

5a. If you're with a school, input the officiating association, sport and level(s) for which you're adding the officiating link. To find an association, type the name and then select it from the drop-down menu. Select 'Save Link' and it will be sent to the other organization for approval. You will receive an email and push notification when the other organization has reviewed and taken action on the link.

How do I approve, reject or edit an Officiating Link sent to me?

1. Log in to DragonFly and select 'Game Schedules' from the left-side menu.

2. Select the gear icon button in the top-right corner.

3. Select "Officiating Links"

4. If you have any pending link requests from other organizations, they will be visible in the menu. Hover your cursor over the icon and it will tell you the status of the link.

5. Select the three dots (โ‹ฎ) to take action on a link โ€” approve, reject or edit.

6. Once you've taken action on a link, an email and push notification will be sent to the other organization, notifying them of your decision.
