Officials: How to submit a form for your association

The vault in DragonFly is your hub for accessing and submitting digital forms to your organization.

Access The Vault

Log in to DragonFly MAX on your computer's web browser. 'Vault' in the left-side navigation bar.

In the vault you can find records and access new forms to fill out and submit.

Select & Fill Out A Form

Be sure you have the correct organization selected at the top of your vault.

To change organizations, click the dropdown at the top.

To fill out a form click the Fill Out a Form button in the vault.

You will see a new window that shows forms available from your organization. Select the form you need to fill out, and it will open.

Complete the form and click 'Done' to submit.

Please note that once you submit your form you will not be able to edit it again. Please ensure the information you are submitting is accurate before submitting.
