This guide outlines how corporate pricing works for Turkish Airlines in DRCT, what to expect during the booking flow, and how airline-side authorization affects availability and ticketing.

Corporate codes are airline-specific identifiers linked to negotiated B2B agreements. They provide access to:

  • contracted corporate fares

  • dedicated fare conditions

  • pricing that differs from publicly available levels

Within DRCT, Turkish Airlines corporate codes are supported through NDC authorization, enabling you to search, validate, book, and issue corporate fares within the standard DRCT workflow.

The booking process in extension

✏️ Step 1. Calculation.

As per the standard procedure, enter the name element and flight segments in Amadeus.

  1. Run the pricing command.
Currently, the following commands and their variations are supported: FXB, FXR, FXP, FXA.

  • FXB/R,U*CCC00000

  • FXB/SBF/R,U*CCC00000

  • FXB/KC/R,U*CCC00000

  • FXB/KY/R,U*CCC00000

  • FXB/SBF/KY/R,U*CCC00000

  • FXB/R,U*000000

2. A pop-up window from the extension will appear with the DRCT pricing results.

You will also see that the corporate code has been validated — it will be displayed on the right-hand side. The baggage allowance may also be adjusted, depending on your agreement with the airline.

✏️ Step 2. Booking creation.

  1. Click BOOK in the extension. At this stage, you will be redirected to the DRCT website, where you can complete the booking.

2. Expand the flight details and select the required fare. You can verify that the corporate code has been applied by checking the fare basis — it should contain “CORP.”

3. Enter the passenger’s gender and date of birth. If needed, you can also add contact details.

4. Click Book to complete the booking, or Instant Issue to issue the ticket immediately ✅

💡 If a corporate fare appears in search but returns the error “No fare found per requested operation” during booking creation — it means the fare is not authorized under the specific corporate contract. So Turkish NDC rejects it at booking stage.

For clarification on the contract conditions, please contact the airline directly.
