🔎 How to book and issue tickets via search in DRCT?
Step 1. Search
✏️ First, enter all required search parameters and click the “Search” button. The DRCT system will process your request within a few seconds and display available flight options for further booking.
Step 1.1. Fare rules
✏️ To view the fare conditions, as well as exchange and refund rules, click the blue “Fare rules” button in the selected option block.
Below, you will also find indicators that allow you to quickly check the main conditions: cabin baggage allowance, and whether ticket changes or refunds are permitted.
❗ Please note that the price is not fixed and may change.
Step 2. Creating a booking
✏️ Select the flight and fare that suits you, then enter the passenger details. Once everything is completed, click the “Book” button.
✏️ To open the booking you have created, click the green pop-up notification “Open booking”.
❗For Pegasus, the time limit is 20 minutes.
Step 3. Ticket issuance
✏️ When you are ready, click the “Issue” button in the top right corner of the page to issue the tickets.
✏️ All issued tickets will be displayed in the “Sales” section on the DRCT.aero website. In this section, you can also download the ticket in PDF format.
📌 How to book and issue tickets through the DRCT extension?
Step 1. To start working in DRCT, enter the following in your GDS:
passenger name;
flight segment;
pricing command, for example FXB.
❗Currently, the following commands for fare calculation and their modifications are supported:
FXB
FXA
FXB/SBF
✏️ You will be redirected to the booking page in the search. Open the flight details and select the required fare by following the steps described in the previous section.
✏️ Passenger and flight details will be filled in automatically. You will only need to enter the date of birth and gender. Click the “Book” button to complete the booking creation.
🎒 Additional Services
During the booking creation process, you can view the available additional services and their prices. In DRCT, you can issue baggage, seat selection, meals, cabin baggage, as well as special services such as SPEQ, UMNR, and others.
❗️Additional services can only be purchased after the tickets have been issued.
❗ Void and Cancellation
The booking can only be cancelled before ticket issuance.
As this is a low-cost airline, voiding is not available. Any refund will be processed according to the fare rules.
You can process a refund in DRCT using the “Refund” button at the top of the booking. A window with the refund calculation will appear first, after which you can confirm or cancel the action.
⚠️ When clicking “Refund,” the penalty fee and the final refundable amount will be displayed.
The amount is distributed equally among all passengers, so the infant and the adult will have the same refund amount, as the airline does not provide a passenger-by-passenger breakdown.
🔃 Ticket Exchange
For Pegasus tickets, date or flight changes can be processed in DRCT using the standard exchange procedure.
