It is possible to issue additional services for FlyOne after issuing tickets at DRCT.
Open the issued reservation in the "Bookings" section using the reservation number or the name of one of the passengers.
Depending on the service you want to arrange, click on one of the three windows to proceed to the selection of services.
Select the necessary service from the list and click "Buy". Services cannot be canceled separately from the reservation. Click " Purchase " again to confirm the service.
The service will be displayed next to the passenger for whom it was booked. The cost of the service will also be added to the booking total.
✍️ DRCT reservations may show services that were booked by the agent/passenger independently through the airline's call center/website. Do not worry, you do not need to pay for such services a second time. The reservation in DRCT is synchronized with the data in the airline's system and displays all available services.
