How to issue additional services for Lufthansa Group

You can check the cost of additional services for Lufthansa Group bookings before the ticket is issued. You can add and issue the services only after the ticket is issued.

✍️ It is technically impossible to cancel additional services separately from the ticket in DRCT. Please contact us in the chat on DRCT.aero website if you need to void services and leave a ticket issued.

✍️ When you void the booking, the services are automatically canceled together with the tickets.

  • Create a reservation in DRCT. Open the reservation and select one of the windows depending on the service you need: "Baggage", "Services" or "Seats".

  • Check the available services and their cost in the list. At this stage, you can only check the cost.

  • Issue a reservation. Open one of the windows with additional services to buy. Select the service and click "Buy". A window will appear to confirm the purchase of the service. Click "Purchase".

  • Added services will be displayed next to the passenger's name with the status.

    • pending — the service has been added and is waiting for airline confirmation.

    • confirmed — the service has been confirmed by the airline and is waiting for issuance.

    • issued — the service has been successfully issued.

    After the airline confirms the service, it will be issued automatically within a few minutes.

  • Refresh the booking page to check the current status of the service.

  • The baggage is successfully issued and EMD is added to the "Sales" section.
