Steps to Prepare:
Step 1: Complete the Pre-Intake Form
Send us your email address and fill out the Intake form sent to the email you provided. This is applicable for NAD+, Exosomes, Cerebrolysin, and other regenerative services.
Step 2: Gather Medical Records
Collect any recent lab test results or health data from wearables (e.g., fitness trackers) from the last three months.
Upload this to your patient portal when filling out the Intake form. If you missed this step, don't worry, you can send it directly to our WhatsApp or data@dripdok.com
Step 3: Consultation Setup
Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the consultation call.
We use Google Meet for our consultations. You will receive a meeting link via email.
No video required. This saves bandwidth and improves our transcription app.
Step 4: Prepare Questions
Write down any questions or concerns you want to discuss during the consultation.
Step 5: Appointment Details
Note the date and time of your consultation.
Make sure to be in a quiet place to avoid any disturbances during the call.
Step 6: Rescheduling or Cancelling
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
