This is the walkthrough for adding a catalog coffee to your store: pick the coffee, set retail prices, and click Import Product.
Custom labels are a different flow. That walkthrough is How to create a custom product and assign the SKU.
Where to go
In the Dripshipper app: Products → Products.
The page title is Add Products to Your Store.
Products catalog with Add to store on each coffee.
Before you start
Finish Packaging (logo / label) so the bag mockups look like your brand.
Connect your store. Import needs a connected shop.
If Add to store is disabled, the banner on Products explains what is missing (store connection, card on file, or a packaging step).
Step by step
1. Find the coffee — Use the category tabs (Single Origins, Blends, Flavored, Tea) or the search box.
Not sure what to sell? Use See 6 recommended coffees at the bottom of the page.
2. Optional — read the description — Click the coffee name or bag image. That opens a short description and another Add to store button.
Click the coffee to read the description, then Add to store.
3. Add a store tag (optional) — On the row, check Add tag if you want Dripshipper to tag the listing (for example flavored or blend) when it imports.
4. Click Add to store — That opens Product Pricing.
5. Set retail prices — Enter what your customer pays for each size. Cost is what we bill you (USA shipping is included in that cost). Profit updates as you type.
Set Retail Price for each size, then Import Product.
Suggested starting prices are in How much should I charge for my coffee?
6. Click Import Product — You return to Products. That coffee shows Imported. Use Remove if you need to take it off the store.
If Import Product is blocked
Every size needs a retail price greater than 0.
The coffee cannot already be imported. Remove it first, then add it again.
Your store must be connected.
Fairtrade coffees stay locked until you enroll. See How to join the Fairtrade program. Custom-label SKUs are created under Products → Custom Labels, not this catalog.
