A lead is a property owner or manager for whom you are looking to make an estimate or a proposal for the first time. A client is a property owner or manager who you have serviced before. You can make an estimate, proposal or an invoice for leads or clients the same way.
1. Tap the create button in the bottom bar of your screen
2. Select “Lead or Client” from the bottom sheet
3. Enter the client’s information, hit Next when you are done
💡Pro-tip: use the toggle to switch between saving the contact as a lead or a client.
4. Enter the property address and confirm the property
💡 Note: you can skip inputting the address if you just want the property owner's contact information in your CRM.
