Managing your CRM

How to organize your leads, proposals and clients / customers in Duranta's Customer Relationship Management software

Updated over a week ago

1. How to access your CRM

  • On the bottom of your screen, tap on "Clients"

2. How Duranta’s CRM works

  • Duranta’s CRM is organized into Leads, Proposals and Clients

  • You can navigate through the sections at the top

  • Search to find an individual record

  • Lead: a property owner or manager for whom you are looking to make an estimate or a proposal for the first time.

  • Proposal: an estimate that finishes as a document that you send to a landscaping lead or client explaining what services you will perform and what prices you will charge.

  • Client: is a property owner or manager whom you have serviced before.

3. Managing your leads

  • Tap on the ellipses (…) on the right of a lead, you will see a menu of operations that you can perform.

💡Note: Archiving a lead removes it from your view, but does not permanently remove the record. Deleting the lead permanently removes the lead and any records associated with it.

  • You can archive a lead by swiping left on it and tapping the icon.

  • You can filter your leads.

💡Pro-tip: we recommend that you archive closed / lost leads. You will be able to later filter them and try to sell them in the future.

4. Managing your proposals

  • Proposals are organized in the following categories:

    • Draft

    • Sent

    • Opened

    • Approved

    • Archived

  • Tap on any proposal to see a list of operations

  • Swipe left to archive

  • Filter to organize

💡Pro-tip: Set your filter to “Opened". You will be able to quickly see who has opened your proposal and who you need to follow up with.

5. Managing your clients

  • Clients are ordered chronologically

  • You can switch the order by clicking on the double arrows in the top left corner of the screen

  • Tap on any client to get more information about it

  • Swipe left to archive
