Option 1: Event Collections View - Market multiple events from any page on your store!
Want to Insert a collection of events with information like the description and available dates on any page, making it easier for customers to book your services? This option is perfect for you! Below is how this looks on our Demo store!
How to Set Up Event Collection Widgets
Click on Widgets from the left-hand menu in our app
Click on the Search for events / services field and select the events that will be part of this collection.
Click Save Changes
Click How do I show this on my store? and the one-line install script to embed it into any Shopify page.
Check the collections widget to ensure it displays your events perfectly.
Now your customers can browse all your offerings in one place, making it easier than ever to book!
This feature is available to Pro Plus and Ultimate customers.
Option 2: Book Now Widget - Promote your services from every page on your store
Looking for something that takes up less space yet promotes your events? Consider the Book Now widget! A small, floating widget that appears on the corner of every page on your store!
The widget has 2 layouts, as shown below:
Option 2A: Calendar View
Let your customers see when you're available right away, driving them directly to the calendar pop up to book.
Option 2B: List View
This shows all of your events on a single pop-up. The product description, price, duration, and next available dates are all included.
Set up instructions
1. Click on the Widgets from the left-hand menu in our app, then click Display on every page.
2. Select which view you want - Calendar or List
3. If you chose the Calendar view, select up to 5 events you want previewed
4. Click the Book Now button on this screen to preview
5. Click Save and head to your website. Now, you should see this button on every page of your store to route your customers directly to your services.
