The app has different ways to customize the way the calendar appears, how time slots are displayed, and what happens after a customer confirms their time (checkout right way, show a new button, or something else). See how below!
To customize your booking calendar, go to: Settings → General → Storefront section
Date Colours
Choose the Calendar Available Date Color and Calendar Selected Date Color.
This lets you match the calendar appearance to your store’s theme and make available/selected dates stand out clearly.
Here's what it updates...
Viewing Timeslots
When customers browse available timeslots, you can choose what information appears to help them make quicker decisions. Go to When customers are browsing available time slots
Here’s what each option does:
Display spots available
Shows how many spaces are left in each timeslot.
Here's how it will show:
Show end time for each slot
Displays the end time directly under the timeslot so customers know the full duration.
Here's how it shows:Show Sold Out timeslots
Instead of hiding fully booked slots, they will appear as “Sold Out”, making it clear which times are unavailable.
Here's how it will show:
Switch variant with calendar open
If your product has multiple variants and each variant is connected to its own event, a variant selector appears above the calendar. Customers can switch variants without closing the calendar. Here's how it will show:
After timeslot selection
To customize timeslot selection setting, go to: Settings → General → Storefront section → Scroll to After a customer selects a time slot
Here’s what each option does:
Book another appointment button
Let's customers book multiple appointments and pay for all of them together at checkout.
2. Continue Shopping button
Closes the calendar and returns the customer to the “Select a Time” button so they can choose another appointment.
3. Make timeslots temporarily unavailable when selected
Prevents double bookings by holding the timeslot for 15 minutes once added to the cart. If the customer doesn’t checkout in time, it’s released and becomes available again.
4. Prevent customers from editing product quantity after selecting a timeslot
Stops customers from changing quantity in the cart. The app’s attendee selector manages capacity, so adjusting quantity could cause overbooking.
5. Take the customer to checkout after selecting a timeslot
Automatically sends customers to checkout once a timeslot is chosen, helping reduce abandoned carts.
