How to customize your emails with custom colors, text, and logo.

As part of our Standard plan, you have the option to customize the emails you send to your customers. On the Settings > Email Design section, you can see the option to add a Custom Email Design

  1. Select the Create a Custom Design option

2. Select the colours for your email, optionally add a logo URL. See the preview below

3. When you are done, make sure to click 'Save Design'

Now you're done! In the Email Notifications section, you can send a test email confirmation and see your newly created design in action.

How do I find my logo URL?

The logo isn’t directly uploaded to the app, but it looks for a link or URL. The way to find your logo URL is to

  1. Go to your website

  2. Right-click on the logo

  3. Copy link address

  4. Use that link address as your logo URL. It should start with cdn.myshopify.com...


How do I send the emails from by business email or domain?

Pro, Pro Plus, and Enterprise customers will automatically see their customer-facing emails be branded with their store name.

This means that the email will no longer come from "Servicify Appointments" if you were on Free and Standard. Instead, it will come from whatever your store's name is! We'll automatically change it, no action needed.

This makes it much easier to send branded emails!

Note: the email is centrally sent from hey@getservicify.com for all accounts, but this business name will be changed to yours so customers can identify it with ease. Responses get sent to your business email.
