Scenario
Your customers that book with you have special requirements that you want to make note of. You want these notes to be available to you and not your customer.
Example
You offer consultation sessions and would like to take note of your customer’s financial situation without sharing this detail with them.
Instructions
Once the booking is created, click on the Bookings tab in the app to view upcoming bookings, then click on the date/time of the booking to see details.
2. Scroll down and click on Set Internal Notes to add the bookings notes.
3. Add your notes and click Save.
4. You can return to these notes and View/Edit them at anytime. Only you, and
those with access to your app from the Shopify admin, will see these notes.
