Overview

Easy Appointment Booking has curated each plan to match the needs of any merchant on Shopify. Here's a breakdown of each plan with the most popular features:

​Standard offers 10 events, email reminders, custom questions, booking export.

Pro offers 30 events, Google Calendar & Zoom, customer rescheduling, and checking in customers.

Pro Plus offers 50 events, 5 event subscriptions, Shopify tags for orders and customers, and waitlist to grow your customer base. Outlook and Google Analytics are supported. Also offers Priority Support (it's our fastest growing plan!)

What add-ons do you have?

  • Team/staff portal for $8/m - delegate scheduling, managing bookings, and checking in customers with your staff

  • Klaviyo for $29/m - send brand-consistent emails, custom follow ups, internal reminders and more

  • SMS - send SMS reminders for 0.05/text (200 characters, in USA/Canada) or 0.10/text internationally

Are there free trials?

Free trials are offered on the annual plans for 7 days. No matter which plan you are on, if you are unhappy for the first 30 days of the plan let us know and we will happily grant a refund :)

If you're a development or test store, all plans are free of charge. You can use the app as is and all charges will be test charges!

I'm on a current paid plan, what if I want to upgrade, will I get double charged?

Not at all! For example if you are on Pro and you upgrade to Pro Plus, we will ensure only that difference is captured in the upgrade charge. We work with Shopify to ensure you are only charged on your Shopify bill cycle.
