There are 2 options that you can use to move your team to another account:
First option. You can move your team by transferring your subscription. We made an article explaining step-by-step how to transfer the subscription. Click here to check.
Second option. If you don’t want to transfer your subscription, you’ll have to contact our Support Team and inform the email of your account and the email of the account that is going to receive your team.
This procedure usually takes 1 or 2 working days to be completed.
