Once you've submitted a booking request, here's what you can expect:

  1. Email Confirmation: Immediately after making the booking request, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been successfully sent to your host. This ensures that your host is aware of your interest in the experience.

  2. Timely Response: Your host will have up to 72 hours to respond to your booking request. Understandably, you may be eager to hear from the host. Rest assured, we encourage our hosts to respond promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our guests.

  3. Notification of Acceptance or Decline: Once your host reviews your request, you will be promptly notified whether your booking request has been accepted or declined. If accepted, you will receive further details about the experience, including the host's phone number and location.

  4. Convenient Communication: Throughout the process, you can conveniently communicate with your host via the Eatwith chat feature. This allows you to discuss any specific preferences, dietary requirements, or other details directly with your host, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience.
