Purchasing gift cards

If you want to buy an Eatwith Gift Card for someone, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on 'Gift Cards' on the top menu of the Eatwith website.

  2. Choose your Eatwith Gift Card amount or click on 'custom amount'.

  3. Fill in all the Gift Card details, insert your contact information as well as your personal message.

  4. You will then receive the Gift Card in your email inbox.

How to use an Eatwith Gift Card

Gift Cards can be used for any Eatwith experience bookable on our website.

  1. To use a Gift Card, click on ‘I have a gift card or coupon code!’ on the experience checkout page.

  2. Type your Gift Card code in the text box and click on ‘Apply code’ on the right.

  3. The final price will automatically be updated.

Terms & conditions:

  • Each gift card can only be used once.

  • Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

  • Gift Card credit cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code or gift card code.

  • Gift Cards may only be applied to new bookings and at the time of the initial booking request.

  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for their cash value, they can only be used on eatwith.com.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.

If you purchase a gift card for a specific experience, it is subject to availability and validation by the host. If that experience isn’t available or the recipient would prefer to attend a different experience, the gift card will remain valid for any other experience on the Eatwith website.

Booking cancellations when a Gift Card has been used

If you have made a booking with a Gift Card and your reservation has been cancelled for any reason (within our Cancellation Policy), your gift card will automatically be credited with the original amount and you will be able to use it again.
