There are a couple of reasons why your monthly price would change:

In either case, you'll be charged for the updated price on your next month's invoice. For example, if you increased your voter count in November, your December invoice will reflect that change.

If you purchase additional email campaigns, you'll be charged for them at time of purchase. These transactions will show at the bottom of your invoices page.
