Bags = 500 yen
​Any luggage less than 45 cm in its longest side is classified as bag-sized.

​Suitcases = 800 yen
​Any luggage that exceeds 45 cm in its longest side is classified as suitcase-sized.
Generally there is not size limitations but there is a weight limit of 20kg.

Exceptions apply for certain locations including JR stations, which is 1000 yen per bag regardless of size.

How charges are applied: 

Charged are applied per business day, not hours. Charges will newly be applied for every additional business days in storage.

Example:

For shops operating from 10AM to 6PM

10AM to 11AM = 1 day charge
10AM to 6PM = 1 day charge
5PM to 10AM the next day = 2 day charge
5PM to 6PM the next day = 2day charge

For shops open 24 hours:

You are charged for each day, regardless of amount of hours.

Ex)1:00AM to 11:00PM = 1 day charge

11:00 PM to 1:00AM = 2 day charge (counts as two separate days)
