As a general rule we ask our shop owners to check-in your luggage when a customer arrives. However due to understaffing or a busy period, sometimes the check-in process may not be done immediately after depositing your luggage.

In this case, please contact our support team so that we can contact the shop owner and remind them to check-in your luggage.
