As a general rule we ask our shop owners to check-out our customers luggage when handing over the luggage. However, occasionally due to the shop being busy or being understaffed, sometimes the check-in process will not be done immediately. 

You will not be charged any extra for not having check-out status, so please do not worry. Please ignore the automatic email warnings.

Your status should change to checked-out on the same day or within several days.
