This FAQ explains how to connect your HRIS to Edenred+ using Lucca or Payfit
Integration with Lucca
Step 1: Generate the Lucca API key
Log in to your Lucca account.
Click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner > Other settings > Integration.
In the Partner connectors tab, search for Edenred+.
Follow the instructions to install the preconfigured API key.
Enter the email address of your Edenred+ contact as the technical contact.The key will be automatically created with the necessary permissions.
Send the API key and the generated URL to Edenred+.
Note: If the installation button doesn’t appear, you likely don’t have the “Application Administration”permission in Lucca. Please add it or contact Lucca support for assistance.
Step 2: Connect Lucca to Edenred+
Go to the Edenred+ portal.
Access the HR integration section.
Enter the API key generated from Lucca to establish a secure connection via API.
Step 3: Initial data import
The initial import runs automatically and takes about 2 minutes.
Important: All data modifications must be made directly in Lucca.
Step 4: Automatic and manual synchronizations
Data is automatically synchronized every 3 hours.
You can also trigger a manual synchronization at any time from the Edenred+ portal for an immediate update.
Step 5: Finalize the order
Once the data is synchronized, go to the Orders section in Edenred+.
Complete your order with ease.
Integration with Payfit
Step 1: Connect to Payfit
In the Edenred+ portal, select the Payfit integration.
Connect your Payfit HR tool in just a few clicks through the interface.
Step 2: Initial data import
The initial data transfer takes less than 2 minutes.
All changes must be made directly in Payfit.
Step 3: Automatic and manual synchronizations
Data is updated automatically every 3 hours.
You can also trigger a manual synchronization at any time to get the latest data instantly.
Step 4: Finalize the order
Once synchronization is complete, proceed to finalize your order directly in the Edenred+ portal.
