How to Renew a Ticket CESU Order on Edenred+?

To save time, you can directly renew a previous order from your Edenred+ account.

👉 Renew a Previous Order

From the homepage, view your order history and click “Renew” below the order you wish to renew.

You can also renew an order by clicking on “Recent Orders” from the left navigation bar.

Once in your order history, go to the “Actions” column on the left and click on the arrow to access the order details.

You will then have the option to renew your order by clicking on “Renew Order”.

👉 Modify Order Settings

When you renew an order, all its settings (daily title value, employer’s contribution, and loading days) as well as your beneficiary list are automatically applied.

However, you can still modify them. For each beneficiary, you can:

• Edit their information (name, first name, email address, date of birth, employee ID) or remove them from the list by clicking on the icons in the “Actions” column.

• Modify the daily value of the titles, the employer’s contribution, and the number of loading days, either individually for each beneficiary or for all at once.

To apply global changes, click on the pencil icons at the bottom of your screen and define new parameters.

These will be automatically saved and reusable for future orders.

💡 Want to remove multiple beneficiaries or adjust settings for a group?

You can select multiple beneficiaries from the first column on the left.

Once your modifications are complete, click “Continue”.
