How to Place a New Ticket CESU Order in Edenred+?
Updated this week

Would you like to place a new order from your Edenred+ account? In this article, we’ll explain how to do it! 🎉

1. Start a New Order

Go to your Edenred+ account and click on “New Order” from the homepage or the left-hand menu.

2. Select Your Benefit

On the page that appears, click “Order” under the desired benefit.

❗️ Your initial order settings (daily value of the title, employer’s contribution, and loading days) are saved by default for future orders.

You can modify them at step 4 of each new order. All new settings will be automatically saved and reused in future orders.

3. Add Your Beneficiaries

All the new beneficiaries from your previous orders are automatically saved so that you can select them again for future orders.

They make up your beneficiary list, always accessible in the “Beneficiaries” tab in the left-hand menu.

👉 I Want to Use My Existing Beneficiary List

To retrieve your beneficiary list, you have two options:

• Click “Add all beneficiaries” directly from the right-hand window for a quick addition.

• Click “Add a beneficiary” to view your existing list, select or deselect beneficiaries, then click “Add all beneficiaries”.

You can still add or remove beneficiaries after this step in step 4.

👉 I Want to Create a New Beneficiary List

If you don’t want to reuse your existing list, you can always create a new one.

🖐️ Manual Entry: If your company has fewer than 10 employees, we recommend adding beneficiaries manually.

📑 File Import: For medium and large companies (more than 10 employees), we recommend importing a file using the downloadable template.

4. Adjust Your Settings and Beneficiary List (Optional)

Once your beneficiaries are added, you can modify the list and order settings.

For each beneficiary, you can:

• Modify their information (name, first name, email address, date of birth, employee ID) or remove them by clicking the corresponding icons in the “Actions” column.

• Change the daily value of the titles, the employer’s contribution, and the number
