Log into your Edenred+ account and go to the "Employees" section in the left-hand menu. Click the arrow next to the relevant employee to open their profile.
On the new employee profile page, all key information and actions are consolidated in a single view, making it easier to manage employees without navigating across multiple sections. From this page, you can:
Edit personal details: first name, surname, email, date of birth, and employee ID
Configure benefit details for each employee
View employee parameters: onboarding status and spending policy status
Perform key actions: resend onboarding emails, download documents, deactivate or reactivate employees
This redesigned profile page was developed to better organize and present employee information, ensuring a smoother experience when updating details or managing benefit settings.
