The billing address refers to the address to which the invoices are sent. It is associated with your company's registration number which was requested upon the creation of your Edenred+ account.

  • To change your billing address, please contact our customer support team. Go to your country's Help Center for full support contact details. 😊

  • You can add additional billing email addresses where you can receive your invoice when you place your order. On the summary page, click on the pen icon on the right of your screen.

In the "Billing Contact" box: Add additional billing email addresses where you can receive your invoice.
