If you’re a client with an admin role, you can now cancel unpaid orders directly from your Edenred+ account, no need to contact Customer Support.
How to do it?
Go to the Orders section of your Edenred+ account.
Select the order you wish to cancel.
If the order is not yet paid and not yet delivered, you’ll see a Cancel order option.
Confirm the cancellation.
✅ The order will be immediately cancelled and removed from the pending list.
You can also view who cancelled the order in the order history section.
❗️ Please note: only users with the admin role can cancel unpaid orders.
This feature is currently available only in Bulgaria and Poland.
For other countries (such as France), please continue to contact Customer Support through your local Help Center if you wish to cancel an order.
Orders that have already been paid or delivered cannot be cancelled.
