How to cancel an order?

If you’re a client with an admin role, you can now cancel unpaid orders directly from your Edenred+ account, no need to contact Customer Support.

How to do it?

  1. Go to the Orders section of your Edenred+ account.

  2. Select the order you wish to cancel.

  3. If the order is not yet paid and not yet delivered, you’ll see a Cancel order option.

  4. Confirm the cancellation.
    ✅ The order will be immediately cancelled and removed from the pending list.

You can also view who cancelled the order in the order history section.

❗️ Please note: only users with the admin role can cancel unpaid orders.

  • This feature is currently available only in Bulgaria and Poland.

  • For other countries (such as France), please continue to contact Customer Support through your local Help Center if you wish to cancel an order.

  • Orders that have already been paid or delivered cannot be cancelled.
