How do I track the status and payment of my orders?

When you complete an order, you can track its status by clicking "Last orders" from the navigation bar on the left of your screen. You will then be able to see all your past orders and their status.

There are two types of status to be observed:

1. Your order status:

  • Transferred: Your order has been finalized but not yet credited to your employees' accounts.

  • Credited: Your order has been credited to your employee's account.

  • Cancelled: Your order was canceled before processing.

💡 You can see the status of your latest orders directly from your Edenred+ homepage.

2. Your payment status:

  • Paid: Your funds have been received by our team, so the order can be credited on the scheduled payment date.

  • To be paid: Your funds have not yet been received or are in the process of being received by our team.

  • Cancelled: This usually means that the order is canceled.

❗️ Please note that you can only cancel an order that has not yet been paid for.
