Haven't received your physical card? No problem! In this article, we explain how to receive it as quickly as possible.
You have a personal Edenred+ account
Go to Edenred+, either through your app or on a computer.
Navigate to the "Card" section, then "Track my card delivery."
Click on "Report a problem."
You will have the option to check, complete, and/or modify the postal address where you want a new physical card to be sent.
💡 If your name does not appear on the mailbox, remember to include that name in the "First Name" field.
For example,
"First Name: Chez Mr. Dupont"
Last Name: Your last name and first name
You will receive an order confirmation via email and can track all delivery steps from your app in the "Card" section, "Track my card delivery."
Make sure to confirm the receipt of your card in your app to start using it.
2. You do not have a personal Edenred+ account
Contact our customer service at 📞 0808 800 066 (local call rate in mainland France). Our advisors will order a new card for you.
Once you receive your new card, please contact our customer service again to activate it and start using it.
In any case, the delivery of your new card may take between 5 and 10 business days.
