I've lost my physical card, how do I block it?

Have you searched everywhere but still can't find your card? In this article, we explain how to proceed to receive a new card.

  1. You have a personal Edenred+ account

    • Go to Edenred+, either through your app or on a computer.

    • Navigate to the "Card" section.

    • Click on "Block card" and confirm.

    • In the "Card" tab, then click on "Get a physical card."

  2. You do not have a personal Edenred+ account

    • Contact our customer service at 📞 0808 800 066 (local call rate in mainland France). They will assist you in creating your personal Edenred+ account and blocking your card independently.
