You have a personal Edenred+ account
Go to Edenred+, either through your app or on a computer.
Navigate to the "Card" section.
Click on "Block card" and confirm.
In the "Card" tab, then click on "Get a physical card."
You do not have a personal Edenred+ account
Contact our customer service at 📞 0808 800 066 (local call rate in mainland France). They will assist you in creating your personal Edenred+ account and blocking your card independently.
