You can no longer find your physical card? This article explains the step-by-step procedure to follow in the event of theft or loss.
👉 You're not yet sure you've lost your Edenred+ card
🔒 Block it temporarily. The card can no longer be used (whether physical, virtual, or both), but you can unblock it later if you find it:
Go to your Edenred+ app, under the "Card" tab at the bottom of your screen;
Swipe your screen to the right or left to select the card you want to block;
Click on "Block temporarily" and unblock it whenever you want.
👉 You are sure you have lost your Edenred+ card
❗️ Check the details of the last payments made with your card from the "Home" tab. If you suspect a fraudulent payment, please contact our customer support.
1. ❌ Permanently delete it on your Edenred+ app
Go to your Edenred+ app, under the "Card" tab at the bottom of your screen;
Swipe your screen to the right or left to select the card you want to delete;
Click on "Delete" and then click on the trash icon at the bottom of your screen.
💡 If you have not added your card to your wallet, you only need to complete this step.
2 (optional) Delete your card permanently from your wallet by accessing your mobile payment app.
💡 If you haven't deleted your card from the wallet, you can continue to use the balance for purchases.
