A physical card is a recycled PVC card. You can order it straight from your Edenred+ application or your funder may have chosen to order one for you by default. Delivery can take up to 10 business days. In this article, we will explain how to order an Edenred+ physical card!

When you create your Edenred+ account, you will have the option to choose between a virtual card or a physical card:
If you choose a physical card, click on "No, thanks" then follow the instructions that appear on the screen. Make sure you enter a valid postal address to ensure that your card is delivered (building, floors, etc.).
💡 Your physical card can also be added to your wallet once it has been received.
If you prefer to create a virtual card straight away, you can always order a physical card later. To do this, go to your Edenred+ app, "Card" tab at the bottom of your screen, click on "Get a physical card" then follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
❗️ Please note that once your physical card has been activated, it will automatically replace your existing virtual card on your app.
