A physical card is a recycled PVC card. You can order it directly from your Edenred+ app. In this article, we will explain how to order an Edenred+ physical card and activate it!

When you create your Edenred+ account, you will have the option to choose between a virtual card or a physical card:
If you choose a physical card, click on "I prefer to order a physical card" then follow the instructions that appear on the screen. Make sure you enter a valid postal address to ensure that your card is delivered (building, floors, etc.).
💡 Your physical card can also be added to your wallet once it has been received. To enjoy your benefits without delay, create a virtual card now!
If you prefer to create a virtual card, you can always order a physical card later. To do this, go to your Edenred+ app, "Cards" tab at the bottom of your screen, click on "Get a physical card" then follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
❗️ Please note that once your physical card has been activated, it will automatically replace your existing virtual card on your app.

To use your physical card, activate it as soon as you receive it:
Go to your Edenred+ app, "Cards" tab at the bottom of your screen;
Click on the "Has your physical card been delivered?" tab. then confirm delivery.
And that's it, your card is ready to use. It's time to visit a store! 🎉
