Your PIN is your 4-digit confidential payment code, linked to your Edenred+ physical card. If you have entered the wrong PIN three times, you will need to contact our customer support to have it unlocked. Go to your country's Help Center for full support contact details. 😊

Please make sure you have:

  • The email address associated with your account.

  • You can access your card information from the "Card" tab in your app.
