👉 What is an activation code?
An activation code is a unique 10-digit code linked to an Edenred+ benefit. It allows you to:
Create your Edenred+ account. Once you have received your activation code, you will need to enter it into the first step of creating your account on the app or website.
Add a new benefit to your account. If your employer gives you access to a new benefit, you will receive an activation code to unlock it.
💡 An activation code is valid for 6 months. After this period, you must contact our customer support to receive a new one.
👉 Where can I find my activation code?
You will receive your activation code at the email address your company provided us (usually your professional email).

👉 I can't find my activation code. What should I do?
We advise you to check with your company:
Ensure that your profile has been created.
Check that your email address has been entered correctly.
