👉 For an agency or business service provider

There are no administrative procedures apart from paying the service provider. The agency or business will take care of all administrative tasks, as they are the employer.

👉 For an individual service provider

As an individual employer, you are required by low declare your service provider's hours, any payments made to them and pay their social security contributions to URSSAF (or Pajemploi for childcare workers).

You can do both on the URSSAF CESU website (FR only) by clicking on the Déclarer [Declare] tab on your account dashboard.

💡 You can also manage the following on the URSSAF website:

  • registration of service providers,

  • calculation and payment of social security contributions due for the employment of a service provider, and subsequent remittance to authorities,

  • calculation and deduction of withholding tax for the employment of a service provider from the parent-employer's bank account, and subsequent remittance to authorities,

  • creating and providing pay slips for a service provider.
