A recipe is an item on your menu that is made and then sold on-site. It's important for any menu item on your POS you make and sell on-site has a corresponding recipe in Edify.

A sub-recipe is something made on-site which is used as an ingredient within another recipe. For example, you might make batches of sauces you use in sandwiches sold on-site.
