The stock value of a product looks incorrect, why is this?

Edify automatically calculates the value of the stock you have counted.

If this looks particularly high or low this could be due to an error in the product setup and should be reviewed before submitting the stocktake.

  1. Select "Suppliers" from the left hand menu

  2. On the supplier you order this product from click the products column

  3. Search for the product and click "Edit"

From here you should review:

  • Pack Type

  • Pack Quantity

  • Single Item Volume or Weight

  • Unit of Measure

To ensure these are setup correctly.

Once the required adjustments have been made you will need to remove the existing product from the storage area and re-add it for the changes to take effect.
