Placing an order via Edify is simple, to start make sure you are viewing as the site you'd like to order for from the top left dropdown menu.
From the left-hand menu, select "Orders" then "Place Order".
Choose the supplier you want to order from by clicking the arrow next to their name.
Browse or search the list of available products. Add products to your basket by using the + and - buttons, or by entering the required quantity directly. Once you’ve selected your products, click "Add Selected to Basket".
Click "Checkout", this will take you to the checkout, where you can review everything you are about to order.
Select the delivery date, i.e. the date you'd like this order to be delivered. Only dates within the supplier’s order cutoff times will be available.
Add any notes you want to include on the PO, such as specific delivery instructions or additional details on the products you’d like.
Review your order. If everything looks correct, click "Place Order".
Your order will be sent to your supplier and you can review the order within the "Deliveries" section of Edify.
