My team members password link has expired, what do I do?

If your team member needs their password setup email resending you can do this within Edify.

  1. From the left hand menu select "Settings"

  2. Select "Users"

  3. If your team members status is "Pending" this means they have not yet logged in

  4. To resend their email click the three dots and select "Resend Invite"

Password set links expire after a couple of days so do ensure your team member logs in as soon as possible.
