This is where you can get a quick, at-a-glance update on your daily business performance.
Here’s what each section shows and how it can help you:
Top Menu Tabs and Filters
At the top of the page, you can switch between tabs and filters to change what data you see.
Top Tabs: Switch between the different report views ("Weekly COGS," or "Line Level COGS") to dive deeper into specific data.
Date Selector: Choose the day or range you want to review.
Location Selector: View data for a specific site, or look at all your sites together.
Dashboard Metrics
Here’s where you’ll see the core stats for your business:
Total Sales: This is your total revenue for the time range selected. You’ll see it broken down underneath between "Store" sales and "Subscriptions" if you have them.
Total Wages: Track how much you’re spending on labour. It’s split into "Hourly" wages (ie. shift workers) and "Salary" wages (ie. full-time staff).
Cost of Sale: The total cost of the goods you sold, shown as a number, and as a percentage of sales.
Gross Margin: This is your profit after subtracting the cost of sales - this is how much money you’re actually keeping.
Operational Profit: This shows what’s left after wages and other expenses are taken into account - this is a snapshot of your bottom line for the day.
Loyalty Metrics
This section gives insight into your customer loyalty scheme engagement:
Daily Users: How many customers made a purchase/interacted with your business using the loyalty scheme.
Subscribers: This is how many people you have subscribed to your loyalty scheme.
Utilisation: This shows the % of your Loyalty Subscribers that utilised the subscription.
Sales vs. Labor
On the right, you’ll see a bar chart comparing your sales and labour costs over time. It’s a great way to spot patterns and ensure you’re staffing effectively. Use the drop-downs to toggle between and Hourly or Daily view. You can also choose to see "Scheduled Hours" or “Time-Sheet Hours”.
Extra Metrics
At the bottom right panel, you’ll find some other helpful stats:
ATV (Average Transaction Value): How much your customers are spending on average.
Discounts: Totals any promotions or markdowns applied.
Waste: Total losses from wasted stock.
