Step 2: Select Your Production and Bench

  1. Identify the Production and Bench you want to review

  2. Click the Review button

Step 3: Record Production Details

You'll see a table of products which were planned for that production and bench:

  1. Change who the item was Made by using the dropdown (if required)

  2. Enter quantities:

    • Input how many were made in the Made box

    • Input how many were rejected in the REJT box

  3. Complete checks:

    • Tick QLT Check after quality checking the products

    • Tick Label Check after label checking the products

  4. Once everything is checked, click Submit review

πŸ’‘ Tip: The made amount can be higher than planned if extras were produced as needed.

What Happens After A Review is Submitted

Once a review is submitted:

  • The system records who completed the checks and when

  • You cannot edit the PCR details after this point

  • The Review Status updated to Reviewed

Switching Between Benches

Your progress saves automatically as you work, so you can:

  • Switch between benches freely

  • Navigate away from the Product Control page

  • Return later to continue where you left off

πŸ’‘ Tip: Once you have started PCR'ing a Bench its status will change to 'In Progress' and show the % of PCR'd items on that bench.
