Viewing your bills/statements

To view all of your invoices/billing statements, you can go to our self-serve accounting portal (Chargebee):

https://edify-systems.chargebeeportal.com

Here, enter your billing email address, and you'll be able to log in to view and download any of your past invoices.


Changing your billing details

You can view and change any of your finance details via our accounting portal (Chargebee):

https://edify-systems.chargebeeportal.com

Here, enter your billing email address, and you'll be able to log in and change any of your payment details.

I haven't received my latest invoice/bill?

If you haven't received this to your email inbox, it's likely that your email address isn't listed as a billing contact on your account. Please reach out to our support team for assistance.
