On the left hand menu select "Settings"
Select "Sites"
In the top right hand corner select "Add New Site"
Add in the information required in each field
Complete new site details and select "Save"
Next, head to to your Suppliers and Recipes tabs, and assign any suppliers and recipe/menu items you'd like the sites to be able to access.

Site Management FAQs
How can I edit a site?
If you ever need to edit the site information, click the green arrow by the site you'd like to edit. You can then amend the site information, such as Site Name, Address, Delivery Contact and Status (Active/Inactive). Be sure to click "Save" once you're done making edits.
What is a supplier reference?
You can, at a site level, make it mandatory for your team to input a supplier reference when confirming deliveries. Suppliers sometimes provide their own ids/references with orders and for improved traceability you can link this to an Edify PO by entering this before confirming a delivery.
Who can see the delivery information?
The delivery times and contacts will appear on all outgoing orders to your suppliers.
