Image Uploader for Lesson Imports

You have more options than ever to upload your lesson plans to Edusfere. You can now upload handwritten (notebook, whiteboard, etc.) notes! All you have to do is snap a picture, upload it, and let the system do the rest. Please make sure to always review any data imported for accuracy.

Increased Visibility On Standards Alignment

Whether you're in your course, unit, or lesson, you now can see additional information on standards alignment. On the righthand side, you will see a new area titled "Standards alignment". Hover over each percentage chart to see important information.

When you click on any of the circles, a new standards alignment screen will appear.

You can click "Hide categories" to see all of the standards that have been applied to that course without having to see all of the parent tiers.

The blue checkmarks show you how many units, lesson objectives, or activities have been attached to those standards. You can click on the checkmarks to learn even more.

Important definitions:

  • Course Alignment - This is the percentage of standards that have been assigned to units inside a course.

  • Unit Alignment - This is the percentage of standards selected for the unit that are addressed by at least one learning/lesson objective in a lesson.

  • Lesson Alignment - This is the percentage of learning/lesson objectives that have been addressed, or covered by at least one activity in the lesson.

Please note - you will only see this view once you have started aligning standards. If no standards have been chosen at the course level, you will not see these views. For information on how to attach standards, see our help file article titled "Guide to Applying Standards in Courses, Units, and Lesson Plans".

Read Mode

There is a new view option in your lesson plans. At the top right, you will see a "Read" option.

Clicking on that will allow you to see an easier reader view of your lesson overview and activities.

Updated Print Screen Options

You asked and we listened! There is now a print option that includes the standards list for courses and units.
