✨ AI Lessons — Interactive Lesson Creator

Create a full lesson from a single prompt — this is a new era in lesson design.

Updated over a week ago

Previously, preparing a lesson could take hours — gathering materials from different sources or searching for inspiration in personal folders and chat threads.

Now, one prompt, one click, and a few seconds of waiting is all it takes — and your lesson is ready. Tailored to a specific student and based on the topic you choose.

What AI Can Do Now

  • Generates complete lessons — from a short lesson description to a full set of activities.

  • Adapts to your input — topic, level, lesson duration, teaching style, objectives, key vocabulary, and grammar focus.

  • Selects the right templates automatically.

  • Works for language teaching and other subjects as well.

How It Works

There are two ways to generate an AI-powered lesson. Let’s look at the first one:

For new lessons:

  • Go to “Materials” → “Personal”, and either create a new personal course or open an existing one.

  • Once inside the course, look for the “Generate” button — and you’re ready to begin.

  • After clicking the button, the standard lesson creation form will appear. Fill it out by entering the lesson title, uploading a cover image, and adding a description.

  • As soon as the new lesson is created, the generation window will open automatically.

In the generation form, you can either choose a suggested topic and simply complete the description — or write your own custom prompt (description).

  • You can adjust the default settings for the lesson you're creating by applying "Advanced Settings."

  • In this section, specify the desired lesson duration, difficulty level, learning objectives, focus areas, and any other relevant details.

  • Once all the necessary parameters have been set, click "Generate."

A loading window will appear — please do not close it and wait for the result to be displayed.

Shortly after the generation is complete and you're satisfied with the result, you can immediately add the exercises to your lesson.

To do this, click the "Add to Lesson" button.

  • If you’d like to make changes to the generated result, simply add a clarifying comment and submit it.

The request will be sent again, and you’ll receive an updated version that takes your feedback into account.

  • You can continue refining the result until it fully meets your needs.*

  • Before adding the generated results to your lesson, you can optionally rate the generation and leave a comment.

Your feedback helps the product team continue improving the tool.

  • How the Lesson Looks After Saving the Generated Results

Once you've added and saved the generated content, the full lesson will appear in your editor — complete with exercises, structure, and descriptions, ready for use or further editing.

For Existing Personal Lessons

Open your personal course and select any lesson. For best results, we recommend adding the generated exercises to a new empty section of the lesson.

  • Click the "Add Exercise" button and select the new builder mode. The template selection window will appear.

  • At the top of that window, click "Generate Lesson" to begin.

The functionality here is identical to what’s described above in this article.

💡 Usage Notes

Lesson generation is available with an AI+ subscription. Only text-based prompts are counted when generating exercises.

Token consumption is based not on the number of prompts sent, but on the number of exercises actually generated per session — including follow-up refinements.

Example:

  • You generate a lesson, and the system creates 5 exercises → 5 × 20 = 100 tokens used.

  • You refine the request and regenerate. The result is again 5 exercises → another 5 × 20 = 100 tokens used.

  • Total: 200 tokens.

So, each new generation result (even with the same number of exercises) is counted separately.

🚀 AI Lessons are now available in the editor.

Try it — and feel the difference, from faster prep time to better results.
